MatchesA regular in Australian team’s Test line up, Josh Hazlewood is known for his pace, bouncers and consistent performances. A clever and composed customer with the ball, Josh Hazlewood was picked up by the RCB at the IPL 2022 Mega Auction for INR 7.75 crore. Delhi, Lucknow, Chennai, Mumbai Indians and later on the RCB, each franchise was keen on getting his services and it was the RCB who finally bagged the deal. Earlier, Chennai Super Kings bought him in the IPL Player Auction ahead of the 2020 season. The New South Wales native caught the eye of IPL scouts when he was picked by the Mumbai Indians’ ahead of the 2014 edition of the league. Hazlewood certainly has the big-game experience and temperament required to make a splash in the big leagues.
