Lukman Meriwala was bought by Delhi Capitals for INR 20 Lac. The left-arm pacer has been around the domestic cricket circuit for a while and has played 17 First Class games, 36 List A matches and 44 T20s. Meriwala, with 15 wickets to his name, was the second-highest wicket-taker in the recent edition of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and was instrumental in Baroda’s run to the final of the tournament.
