Cam Green scored his maiden IPL fifty smashing 64 off just 40 balls. A cameo of 37 at a strike rate of 217 from Tilak Varma ensured that post a score above the average score for the Sunrisers. In reply, SRH lost Harry Brook and Rahul Tripathi in the powerplay courtesy of some brilliant new ball bowling from Behrendorff. Mayank Agarwal played the sheet anchor role but could not capitalize on the start while Klaasen struck over 225 but managed to accumulate only 36. Piyush Chawla, Jason Behrendorff, and Riley Meredith picked two wickets each.

Aiden Markram, SRH Skipper: " All in all we were not at our best tonight. Credit to the boys for taking it deep. We could have done with conceding fewer runs towards the end. The surface stayed pretty much the same throughout the night, on the slower side, not bad at all. Not too bummed, there are areas we can improve on and we will look to do that to give us a good chance to win the next game."
Rohit Sharma, MI Skipper: " I have got a lot of memories here. I played for three years here. Won a Trophy here as well. Love coming back here. To settle them in is important for us. We had a couple of guys who hadn't played IPL before. We had to back them. They are coming into their own. I am enjoying what I am doing. It is a different role. I am trying to set the tempo. Glad to get some scores in the powerplay. I understand one of us has to bat big. We have a long batting lineup. We want this guy to come out and bat freely. We watched Tilak last season. We all know what he can do. I love his approach. "

SRH have one of the best teams this season in terms of their balance and the same was seen in their previous fixture against KKR. Their most expensive buy Harry Brook showed his mettle by scoring his maiden IPL Century and their Skipper Aiden Markram too looked in good form. The Pace bowling Unit consists of some good bowlers like Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Marco Jansen, Umran Malik, and T Natarajan who can give be lethal on their day and the spinners Mayank Markande and Washington Sundar too have managed to keep things tight. But they have a daunting task up their sleeve as they square off against a batting unit that looked in their elements in the previous game. Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan provided a good start while Suryakumar Yadav who is not been amongst runs got some under his belt. Mumbai bowling department still has a few concerns but Piyush Chawla bringing in his experience has done significantly well for MI. It will be interesting to see MI's combination in this all-important clash against SRH in Hyderabad.

Ian Bishop: " "There's a slight bias to the ground. To my right the square boundaries are 63 metres, that's not a big hit, players can muscle that. A little bit bigger to my left which is 68 metres. Down the ground about 73 metres. The outfield is pristine and it's absolutely beautiful. The surface is interesting. It's a light colour, a very grey colour. The grass that was there is cut very very low. I'm just wondering if the ball feels as though it'll come on to the bat on this but because the grass is cut so low, I'm not sure".

Aiden Markram, Skipper: " We are gonna bowl first. Wicket looks slightly drier, hopefully, it gets better with the dew and we restrict them to a chasable total. Not in the 16 (no changes). We'll see how conditions play out and adjust from there. Our fielding needs to improve. We let ourselves down slightly in the previous games."
Rohit Sharma, Skipper: " It's been fantastic, 15 years IPL has come off a long way. Has gone from strength to strength. Lots of good things have happened in 15 years. We have to play good cricket. We do understand the challenges of posting a total. We've to assess the conditions. Duan misses out and Jason Behrendorff comes in place of him. "
