This fast bowler from Gujarat has been in the reckoning for a spot in the national squad on a few occasions but never got the call-up. He has played for the franchise in every edition of the IPL so far and with 59 wickets from five seasons, overtaking former RR skipper Shane Warne as the franchise’s leading wicket taker. Although he bowls with a slingy action, Trivedi can be accurate and can get the ball to curve away from batsmen.
