28-year-old Jaydev Shah is a left-hand batsman who plays domestic cricket for Saurashtra. Son of former BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah, Jaydev has been playing senior cricket for almost a decade now. A middle-order batsman, he was part of the Rajasthan Royals’ set-up before the Mumbai Indians roped him in for IPL 2012. A busy cricketer at the crease, Shah also adds value to the team by bowling the occasional off-break.
