Bisla, an aggressive batsman and wicketkeeper, has played for two IPL teams since its inception in 2008 and has also represented Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana. Manvinder kick started KKR's first win in IPL 2012 with a blistering 46 against Bangalore. The icing was his stunning 89 off 48 balls to clinch the Man-of-the-Match award in the finals.
