Kings XI Punjab’s Mandeep Singh was the vice-captain of the Indian team that competed in the ICC U-19 World Cup in New Zealand. The youngster is an outstanding batsman and a sharp fielder. A prolific run-scorer during his junior days, Mandeep continues to shine at the senior level too. A powerful striker of the cricket ball, he was earlier with the Kolkata Knight Riders and was subsequently signed by Kings XI Punjab for IPL 2011.
